A good news: I finally updated my system via yum and package management tool. I deleted many unuseful packages such as Eclipse and Korean font. Then I got 300mb free space. After that I updated my kernel, and restart. Done! Now my kernel is:
[root@localhost /]# uname -a Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.17-1.2187_FC5smp #1 SMP Mon Sep 11 01:32:34 EDT 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
I restarted my laptop. Then I heard the sound! That’s greaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!
Unfortunately, I lost my Firefox. I mean “lost” because I cannot login to Live Space via Firefox. The reason is because I updated my firefox from 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52, and some SSL bugs still exist on this version. Then I had to struggle again… After 2 hrs I still hv not solve this new problem. I am hungry, thirsty and tired… Now I have to use Konqueror. 🙁
Anyway, I’ll go cooking right now, and then kill the problem later.
